Yoga therapy is a 12-week program providing a structured, supportive and holistic approach promoting change and well-being designed for your specific needs. 

Sessions integrate elements of yoga including physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness, meditation, visualization, stillness and relaxation techniques.

An effective and unique way to address discomfort, musculoskeletal imbalances and re-build health and well-being.
